Textured bed linen that needs no dressing up

This relaxed seersucker bed linen adds a touch of colour that's a delight all year round. We've made this seersucker bed linen range with a smooth cotton reverse for extra comfort at bedtime - flip your pillows to appreciate the smooth crisp feel of the cotton percale as you drift off to sleep.

Features & Facts

  • Made with pure cotton
We've used pure cotton to make this bed linen for a breathable, comfortable night's sleep all year round.

  • A textural treat
The striking seersucker weave is created by weaving on a slack tension loom. The result is a variation in texture with wrinkled, raised stripes with flat-woven areas in-between.

  • Yarn dyed stripes
The stripes in this seersucker bed linen have been created using especially dyed yarn. This means the stripe is part of the fabric instead of being printed onto it. This results in a longer-lasting pattern and a more characterful fabric.

  • Care for quality
This seersucker bed linen has gone through some serious testing with a special focus on colour fastness, durability and washability.

Look & Feel

  • A fresher feeling

The reverse of the duvet cover and pillow case are made with a 200 thread count percale to feel smooth, fresh and comfortable against your skin.

  • Casual appeal

Seersucker has a wonderfully relaxed appearance thanks to its crinkled texture. It pairs beautifully with knitted throws for a welcoming, tactile retreat.

  • Relaxed styling

The choice of yarn-dyed stripes are undeniably versatile, making this a perfect choice for elevating your bedroom look. Use with plain white sheeting for a crisp, fresh appearance or opt for a more relaxed effect by pairing with textured throws and bedspreads.

  • Easy fit

The duvet covers are fastened with buttons and the pillow cases have an envelope closure for a neat finish.

Care

For more information, visit our Bed Linen Care Guide

  • 1
    Pull back the covers
pull back your duvet to air your bed while you're getting ready for the day. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner.
  • 2
    Wash regularly
keep your bed clean and fresh by changing and washing your seersucker bed linen regularly. Once a week is perfect. You can wash this bed linen at 40°C, although we'd recommend you wash it at 30°C for a greener way to stay clean.
  • 3
    Hang to dry
do your bit for our planet and dry your bed linen by hanging it to dry out of direct sunlight. It will dry best on an outside washing line. If time or space is tight, it can also be tumble-dried. You'll have fewer creases to deal with it you remove your seersucker bed linen from the dryer while slightly damp and then hang it to air dry.
  • 4
    Iron if you like
because this seersucker bed linen is made with a special weave that absorbs creases you may find you can get away without ironing it after washing, especially if you take care to fold it carefully after drying it. If you'd prefer to iron it, then do so on the side with smooth fabric - not on the seersucker. This will keep the texture beautifully raised.
  • 5
    Check your detergent
always use the best detergent for the product you are washing. If you're washing white bed linen we'd recommend powdered detergents. If you're washing coloured bed linen, we'd recommend you use a washing gel/liquid or a detergent suitable for coloured fabrics.
  • 6
Avoid detergents and stain removers containing optical brighteners
they create an optical illusion that changes the appearance of the colour. It's not just detergents that can affect your bed linen; some creams and facewashes contain chemicals that will bleach your bed linen, such as benzoyl peroxide. Suncream and bronzers can also stain your bed sheets; having a shower before bed to remove skin products will help your bed linen stay looking good for longer.

Care
