MegsMenopause Conference 2019

A day of taboo-busting, open conversations and the latest scientific research on the menopause, this years 2019 event marks the second #MegsMenopauseConference, and a first for Soak&Sleep as a sponsor of the event.

Set up by entrepreneur and menopause activist Meg Matthews, the one day conference is a forum for debating this important issue for women and highlighting awareness of health concerns related to the menopause, including the impact it can have on sleep.

Getting too hot at night is a common complaint for those going through the menopause. This can leave you tossing and turning and trying to get comfortable, and even when you do finally drop off, being too hot can mean you don’t ever reach the really deep levels of sleep that leave you feeling rested and revived.
