100 Night
Mattress Trial
Supportive and responsive? What a find!
When you're on the look-out for a new mattress, it pays to be picky. After all, you'll be spending every night together. This British-made mattress ticks a lot of boxes. Because it's made with a combination of pocket springs and memory foam, it instantly responds to your body's shape and position for a peaceful and well-supported night's sleep.
Features and Facts
-
Pocket Sprung
This mattress features 1000 pocket springs. Pocket sprung systems are built exactly as they sound; the individual springs are encased in a fabric envelope which allows each spring to respond to your body independently. This means a more peaceful night's sleep for you and your bedfellow because your movements will not disturb one another. -
Memory Foam
This mattress has a lovely deep 45mm layer of memory foam for responsive and supportive comfort. Memory foam is a heat-activated material that softens according to the weight and warmth of your body to provide exactly the right levels of support where you need it most. It returns to its original state when you remove the pressure, for all night, adaptive comfort. -
No-Turn Technology
There's no need to turn this mattress, just rotate it regularly to keep it in good shape. The stitched handles help you position your mattress with ease. For further information, see our care guide below. -
British Made
This mattress is made in the UK and is NBF accredited. It also comes with a five-year guarantee. Read our care guide to get the best from your mattress and to ensure your guarantee remains valid through its lifetime.

FREE DELIVERY
Who do you deliver with?
We use Furdeco services for our mattress and furniture deliveries.
What can you expect from our delivery service?
Furdeco will contact you to book in delivery time and will text you the day before the delivery to confirm the time slot. On the day of delivery, they will call you when they are half an hour away so you have time to get prepared.
The folks at Furdeco are so nice that they will carry your mattress or furniture into whichever room you need it in... usually the bedroom. On rare occasions, Furdeco will not deliver to a specific room if they think it is unsafe to do so, or if there would be a risk of damaging your property.
Do you deliver to my address?
Unfortunately, we can only deliver mattresses and furniture to UK mainland postcodes at this time.
When will my mattress be delivered?
Delivery within 3 To 4 Weeks (although it is usually less than 2 weeks)
Can you remove my old mattress?
We're unable to offer this service at the moment but we're busy behind the scenes working hard to implement this for the future - watch this space! We welcome customer feedback after our checkout, so if this was an important factor in your decision, please tell us!
How does the 100-night trial work?
We want you to be delighted with your new Soak and Sleep mattress and we're so confident that we offer a 100 night trial with all new mattress purchases!
All we ask is that you sleep on your new mattress for a minimum of 30 days. If after this time, or up to 100 nights you decide it’s not the right one for you, you can return it with our free returns service.
Important: you must use a mattress protector as part of this trial. If you don’t have one, why not use our bestselling Luxury Cotton Protector? If you have not used a mattress protector or if the mattress is marked, misused or dirty we will not refund your purchase.
When does the trial start?
Your 100-night trial starts the day your mattress is delivered and received by you.
Do I need to keep the packaging?
It's not compulsory, but as we're all trying to do our part to reduce our use of plastic it would be appreciated if you're able to store it whilst you're trailing your mattress.
If you don't, not to worry, our lovely collection team will bag it up when they come to pick it up.
What if I don't get along with my Mattress?
If the mattress isn't 100% right for you simply email us at info@soakandsleep.com or call 01483 616 616 and we'll check a few details and then arrange a collection for you. Full T&C's available here
What happens to a Mattress if it's returned?
Don't worry, it will never go to waste! Returned mattresses are picked up and donated to the British Heart Foundation charity, who sell through their UK based stores, where 100% of the proceeds go to help support the charity.

Anything else I should know?
Your mattress may have a “new” smell because it’s been wrapped up and stored safely in plastic packaging. Don’t be put off, just give your mattress a good airing and the smell will vanish in a couple of days.
The 100-night trial is not applicable for Wholesale Customers.
If your mattress in unused and there is no fault we can arrange a collection for a refund (a £45 charge will be applied for this service.)
All of our mattresses are made in the UK and are NBF accredited.

Read our care guide to get the best from your mattress and to ensure your guarantee remains valid through its lifetime.
Care
Your mattress will feel different according to the base it's placed on. Any bed base will work, so long as it is well-ventilated - your mattress needs to breathe for it to stay in good condition. Always choose the right size mattress for your bed base. Too small, and it will look strange, too large and you'll damage the mattress. Sagging or broken bed bases will damage your new mattress, we recommend buying a new bed base (with the slats being no more than 7cm apart) at the same time as your mattress.-
1Welcome to your new mattressYou may notice a slight odour when removing your mattress from it's packaging; this is normal and will go away after couple of days. Your mattress may have compressed slightly during the delivery process; leave your mattress to air and it will soon bounce back.
-
2Turn things aroundYour mattress will adapt to the weight and contours of your body; rotating your mattress from foot to end will keep the filling even and extend the life of your mattress. Rotating a mattress is a two-person job, so get some help.
-
3Settle downAfter a few weeks of use, you might notice that the sleeping areas are wearing more quickly than the rest of the mattress. Don't panic! Mattresses with very soft, natural layers do naturally compress slightly and it's a sign of a high quality fill. You can minimise this settlement by regularly rotating your mattress and using a mattress topper.
-
4Protect what's preciousAlways, always, always use a mattress protector. It helps keep your mattress fresh and clean and extends the life of your mattress.
-
5Spot onIf the worst happens and you spill on or mark your mattress, spot clean it with soapy water and a cloth. Allow it time to dry thoroughly before making up your bed again.
-
6Pull back the coversKeep things healthy by airing your bed each day. Half an hour or so while you're showering and getting dressed should do the trick. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner. Once a week you should air your bed for a few hours by turning back all bedding from the mattress to allow any moisture to evaporate.
