What tog is a summer duvet?

What is a summer duvet?

A summer duvet is a duvet that’s designed to help you sleep cool in warm weather. As well as having a low tog – such as 3 tog or 4.5 tog, you can get summer duvets that have fills chosen to prevent overheating. Natural fills such as cotton, silk, linen and wool help you regulate your body temperature as you sleep for a cooler, more restful night’s sleep.

How to store a duvet for the summer?

When summer is over, you’ll need to store your summer tog duvet. We’d recommend you wash it and dry it thoroughly before storing in a dry, breathable bag or box where it can stay out of the way until next summer. Find out more about caring for your duvet in our duvet care guide.
