Customer Reviews
How high should a pillow be?
If you sleep on your front, you will need a pillow with a shallower profile than someone who sleeps on their side. That’s because you don’t want to force your head and neck backwards while you sleep as this can cause muscle pain. Remember to take account of your body shape - if you're blessed with curves, you may find you need a higher profile pillow. Read more about choosing the right depth pillow in our pillow buying guide.
What pillow firmness should you get for front sleepers?
The softness of your pillow matters as much as the height of your pillow. A soft pillow is best for stomach sleepers – a down-rich pillow or soft microfibre pillow would be ideal.
