Channel that spa vibe with this seriously lovely waffle bathrobe.
You might just be bringing in the milk, but that doesn't mean you can't look good while you do it. Made with a lovely waffle weave with an absorbent terry reverse, it's the kind of bathrobe that you might just find yourself staying in for longer than you planned.
Features and Facts
This gorgeous light bathrobe is made with pure cotton for absorbency, softness and durability. We've made this bathrobe with cool and soft waffle weave outer fabric with a soft and absorbent terry reverse for extra comfort.
So That's How They Do It!
Waffle weaves are created by using varying lengths of yarn when weaving. When the fabric is removed from the loom, the shorter lengths of yarn that were stretched during the weaving process contract and this creates the waffle texture we love so much.
Thanks to the waffle weave, these robes feel beautifully light - ideal to wear in the summer when a heavy terry robe would be too warm or in winter for those that prefer a mid-weight robe.
Easy Does It
Just as you'd expect, these bathrobes are a dream to clean - just pop them in the washing machine.
The Look & Feel
So Spa, So Good
The light waffle outer makes these bathrobes look fit for the most luxurious of spas.
Oh So Soft!
The terry lining in these bathrobes feels lovely and soft against your skin.
The unisex kimono styling means these bathrobes are perfect for anyone - choose between two sizes.
Classic Good Looks
Each bathrobe is finished with two front patch pockets, a tie belt and shawl collar.
You can machine wash this robe at 40°C, but we'd recommend you wash it at 30°C for best results - modern detergents mean there's no need to go for a higher temperature. It's also kinder to the environment.
You can line dry or tumble dry this robe. The light GSM means it's fast drying, so we'd recommend you hang it out on an airer or washing line where it will dry in next to no time. It's a greener way to dry your robe too. If you choose to tumble dry, then remove it from the dryer before it's completely dry to avoid that dried-out crispy feel.
Always use the best detergent for the product you are washing. Use powdered detergent for white items and liquid detergent for coloured items. Never use fabric conditioner when washing towels or bathrobes. It coats the fibres and makes them less absorbent and more scratchy over time.
They create an optical illusion that changes the appearance of the colour. It's not just detergents that can affect your bathrobe; some creams, suncreams, facewashes and even toothpastes contain chemicals that will bleach your robe if the come in contact with the fabric, such as benzoyl peroxide. Make up and bronzers can also stain your robe; we'd recommend you avoid wearing a pale-coloured robe if you're a fake-tan fan.
