Good to know: If you request Next Working Day Delivery Service after the 5pm cut off on a Friday, your delivery will be delivered on the following Tuesday. If you order over a bank holiday weekend, your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

Orders placed with Next Day Delivery will arrive 5th January due to the bank holiday.

Delivery Process
DPD delivers all our UK orders, except mattresses or large palletised deliveries.
DPD will email and text, both the day before to advise of delivery the following day and also the morning of with a time slot. You will get several options if it is not a suitable delivery time.
- Change the day
- Leave with a neighbour
- Leave in a safe place
- Change address
When opting for the delivery to be made to a safe place, please bear in mind that our courier's drivers are conscientious and will use their judgement to decide if that location is secure enough. The last thing we want is for your Soak&Sleep products to end up in the wrong hands. You can track your DPD delivery at www.dpd.co.uk.

Mattress and Furniture Delivery
We can only deliver mattresses and furniture to UK mainland postcodes. Non-faulty mattress and furniture returns will cost you £45.
We use Furdeco services for our mattress and furniture deliveries. They will contact you to book a delivery time and will text you the day before the delivery to confirm the time slot. On the day of delivery, they will call you when they are half an hour away so you have time to get prepared.
If you ordered other items at the same time as your mattress and furniture, these will be sent separately via DPD.

Our delivery system and pricing may be different for Wholesale orders. Pallet deliveries for larger orders go via courier EFM and can take 3-5 working days. This service is post code dependant, with remote address deliveries taking longer. European Delivery Options
Our European delivery service means that you’ll soon be feeling much perkier in the morning without worrying about the cost of delivery.
Find your rate by checking the map below. We’ll apply it automatically at checkout when you add your address.
The best news? These are flat rates - so you can fill your shopping basket to the brim and we won't charge you anything extra.
European orders will have VAT subtracted at checkout. Following the end of the Brexit transition period on the 31st of December 2020, orders from the UK to international destinations are now subject to import duty. Added to this, when dealing with international orders, DHL charges an administration fee to facilitate the process when the parcels are being held at the customs border. Find out more here.

Note that this excludes mattresses and furniture as we are unable to deliver these to mainland Europe.
