UK Delivery Options

We find ourselves in the very fortunate position of receiving an exceptionally high volume of orders and we are delighted you have chosen to shop with us. Our fulfilment partners are working hard to get your orders to you as fast as they can. But we’ll be honest, providing our service within a COVID-secure working environment means that we are currently only able to offer the following delivery services:

  • A 5-8 Working Day Standard Delivery Service (FREE to Mainland UK and UK Islands, excl. Jersey and Guernsey, for orders over £50).
  • A 3-5 Working Day Express Delivery Service.

Good to know:

PLEASE NOTE: All orders are dispatched the day before delivery, so for those on a 5-8 days service you may not receive notification until the 7th working day. We ask that you please wait until the end of the 2nd to last working day to follow up on your dispatch notification.

Delivery Process

DHL delivers all our next day and standard orders except mattresses, and we use DPD for weekends, timed deliveries and Wholesale.

On the morning of the delivery day, the courier will text you to tell you they’re on their way. If the date doesn’t work you can text back to re-arrange or go to the couriers website to choose a date that suits you. There's also the option to ask for your parcel to be left with a neighbour, or in a specified safe place, but please bear in mind that our couriers drivers are conscientious and will use their judgement to decide if that location is secure enough. The last thing we want is for your Soak&Sleep products to end up in the wrong hands!

We use DPD for all of our premium deliveries and Wholesale orders. You can track your order at www.dpd.co.uk.

DPD will email and text, both the day before to advise of delivery the following day and also the morning of with a time slot. You will get several options if it is not suitable delivery time.

  • Change the day
  • Leave with a neighbour
  • Leave in a safe place
  • Change address

Mattress and Furniture Delivery

We can only deliver mattresses and furniture to UK mainland postcodes. Non-faulty mattress and furniture returns will cost you £45.

We use Furdeco services for our mattress and furniture deliveries. They will contact you to book in a delivery time and will text you the day before the delivery to confirm the time slot.  On the day of delivery, they will call you when they are half an hour away so you have time to get prepared.

Unfortunately, due to the new COVID-19 lockdown measures in place as of 5th November, our courier Furdeco, will not be able to deliver to a specific room in your property. They will need to limit to doorway/hallway deliveries. If you ordered other items at the same time as your mattress and furniture, these will be sent separately via DPD.

Unfortunately, we can only deliver mattresses and furniture to UK mainland postcodes at this time.

Impatient for your parcel of bedtime loveliness? Waiting days and days for your delivery is enough to drive you crazy. That’s why we offer a variety of delivery options for you to choose from, depending on where you’d like us to send your sleep essentials.

  • Saturday Delivery Service. Order by 4:00pm to give us enough time to process your order. Please check your postcode availability to make sure you’re able to use this service.
  • Sunday Delivery Service. Order by 4:00pm to give us enough time to process your order. Please check your postcode availability to make sure you’re able to use this service.

*If you live on the channel islands, the Next Working Day Delivery Service is a 48 hour service rather than 24 hour.

Good to know:

If you request Next Working Day Delivery Service after the 4pm cut off on a Friday, your delivery will be delivered on the following Tuesday. If we’re lucky enough to have a Bank Holiday weekend (woohoo!), your order will be delivered on Wednesday.

The folks at Furdeco are so nice that they will carry your mattress or furniture into whichever room you need it in... usually the bedroom. On rare occasions, Furdeco will not deliver to a specific room if they think it is unsafe to do so, or if there would be a risk of damaging your property. They are also maintaining doorway/hallway deliveries for the local lockdown areas. If you ordered other items at the same time as your mattress and furniture, these will be sent separately via DHL.

Coronavirus (COVID-19) Delivery Update

Our passion to deliver great sleep to the nation is greater than ever.  Let’s face it, sleep is even more important with the added pressure and anxiety of  COVID-19, and we want your bedrooms to be your sanctuary from all the madness. But we’ll be honest, providing our service within a COVID-secure working environment means that our ‘old normal’ processes have had to adapt to allow the Soak&Sleep team and our partners to work safely.

We also find ourselves in the very fortunate position of receiving an exceptionally high volume of orders and we are delighted you have chosen to shop with us.  

This does also mean we are experiencing a high volume of calls and emails and we are doing our best to respond to queries as swiftly as possible.  Our phone lines are currently open 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday to help us respond to this demand.

We have recruited more team members to help with this increased volume and we appreciate your patience whilst we improve our response times.

As we move into Winter, with increased restrictions across the UK and in order to allow our staff and partners to operate safely in a COVID-secure environment, our delivery service has had to move to 5-8 days.

Our fulfilment partners are working hard to get your orders to you as fast as they can.

All orders are dispatched the day before delivery, which means that for those on a 5-8 day service you may not receive notification that your delivery is on its way until the seventh working day. 

We ask that if you have any queries about your order, you please wait until you receive your dispatch notification to help us respond to your query quickly.  

All couriers continue to operate contact-free deliveries for the safety of our customers and for their staff.  Please keep an eye out for delivery messages and listen out for the doorbell for when your Soak&Sleep goodies arrive.
