Choose between soft or medium/firm. The soft firmness doesn't have an inner chamber and is a better choice for those with smaller shoulders. The medium/firm option is deeper and has a supportive central chamber that's better suited to side and back sleepers.

Air before use
Feather and down pillows can have an odour when they first arrive in their packaging. Although this is normal, you shouldn't experience any odour with this pillow. If you do, air for a couple of days before use. Our packaging is breathable to help prevent an odour building up. You can also be reassured that this pillow meets our cleanliness standard.

Always use a pillow protector to protect from accidental spills and stains, washing your protector frequently to maintain a clean and fresh pillow.
