Hotel-quality Egyptian cotton towels for your bathroom.

Indulge yourself after every bath, shower and handwash with these plush and luxurious Egyptian cotton towels. The 700gsm makes them a delight to use - rich and weighty as well as incredibly soft. The high quality Egyptian cotton used to make these towels is exceptionally durable which makes these towels a true investment, lasting for many refreshing showers and relaxing bathtimes to come.

Features & Facts

  • Certified Egyptian Cotton
Made with 100% certified Egyptian cotton accredited by the Egyptian Cotton Association. Egyptian cotton is grown exclusively in Egypt on the banks of the river Nile. The warm climate and rich soil are perfect for growing the high quality, long staple-length cotton fibres that create our extra soft, absorbent and durable cotton towels.

  • The story behind Egyptian Cotton
Egyptian Cotton cultivation began when some neglected cotton plants were noticed in a Cairo garden. It was quickly realised that the extra long fibres could be used in a variety of strong, fine textiles. Before long, cotton was being cultivated along the banks of the Nile, securing Egypt's reputation for high-quality cotton.

  • Substantial & weighty
These towels are made from a terry woven to 700GSM for a towel that feels extra fluffy and substantial for a real bathroom treat. We've used a long twisted loop pile to make these towels especially absorbent and durable.

  • Care for quality
These towels have gone through some serious testing with a special focus on washability, colour fastness and durability.

Look & Feel

  • Soft & rich

Ultra smooth Egyptian cotton yarns make the long woven terry pile of these luxury towels feel especially soft against your skin.

  • Visibly luxurious

A generous weighty pile makes these towels look beautifully rich and dense, adding extra luxury to your bath or shower-room.

  • Timeless styling

Available in a variety of shades, these towels are finished with a stylish border and a double-stitched hem for added durability. This range is available as face cloths, hand towels, bath towels and bath sheets.

Care

  • 1
    Wash regularly
It comes down to personal preference how frequently you wash your towels. We recommend every 5-7 days if you use them for a daily bath or shower. Hand towels in a busy household will need to be washed after one or two days' use. Wash at 30°C for best results - modern detergents mean there's no need to use a higher temperature. It's also kinder to the environment.
  • 2
    Dry consciously
You can line dry or tumble dry this towel. Line drying your towel is a greener option, just give it a good shake out before you put it away to fluff up those lovely cotton fibres. If you choose to tumble dry then remove your towel from the dryer before it's completely dry to avoid a dried-out crispy feel.
  • 3
    Check your detergent
Always use the best detergent for the product you are washing. Use powdered detergent for white towels and bathmats and liquid detergent for coloured towels and bathmats. Never use fabric conditioner when washing towels. It coats the fibres and makes them less absorbent and more scratchy over time.
  • 4
Avoid detergents and stain removers containing optical brighteners
They can create an optical illusion that changes the appearance of the colour that looks like a bleached mark. It's not just detergents that can affect your towels; some creams, suncream (especially day-long formulas), facewashes and even toothpastes contain chemicals that will bleach your towels, such as benzoyl peroxide. Make up and bronzers can also stain your towels; we'd recommend you avoid using pale coloured towels if you've used fake tan.
  • 5
    Be careful
Please be aware that some creams and facewashes contain chemicals (such as benzoyl peroxide) that will bleach your towels.

Care
