COVID-19 RESPONSE - PLEASE NOTE: Whilst the restrictions of the UK lockdown continue to be eased in our day to day life, the Soak&Sleep team and their partners are still working within the constraints of a Covid-secure working environment for the safety of all team members.
We find ourselves in the fortunate position of an exceptionally high volume of orders and we are grateful for your custom. That does also mean we are experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails and we are doing our best to respond to queries as swiftly as possible within our working hours: 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
All orders are dispatched the day before delivery, so for those on a 3-5 day service you may not receive a dispatch notification until the 4th working day, and for those on a 5-8 days service you may not receive notification until the 7th working day. We ask that you please wait until the end of the 2nd to last working day to follow up on your dispatch notification. We are working with our fulfillment partners to get your orders to you as fast as we can.
All couriers continue to operate contact free deliveries for the safety of our customers and for their staff. Please keep an eye out for delivery messages and the doorbell for when your Soak&Sleep goodies arrive.
