Pre Orders & Reserved Products

So you’ve ordered something through our Reserve Now service and are probably thinking “what now?”. Read on and be enlightened.

You can use our Reserve Now service in two ways:

1. To pre-order out-of-stock products that have sold due to customer demand

2. To pre-order products that are so new they’re not even in our warehouse yet.

Things you need to know about Reserve Now Products

1. Due dates for each Reserve Now product are included in your shopping basket and on your order confirmation email. Give our Bedding Experts a call if you need more information about when the delivery is expected to arrive at the warehouse.

2. In rare circumstances, in-stock dates for pre-orders can change due to shipping delays outside our control. If this happens we will keep you updated on the timing of your delivery.

3. If your order includes a combination of Reserve Now and in-stock products you will receive them in line with the due dates in your shopping basket and order confirmation email.

  • If a product is in stock when you order, we’ll send it to you straight away.
  • If your order contains only one Reserve Now product or you only have one Reserve Now product on your order it will be delivered within a week of being back in stock.
  • If your order consists only of Reserve Now products, we will deliver the first product(s) that come into stock together. The remainder of the products will follow when all items are in stock.
  • If your order includes in-stock and Reserve Now products, we will send the in-stock products to you straight away. We will wait until all of the Reserve Now products are in stock before packing them up and sending to you.  Your order will be with you within a week of the last Reserve Now product arriving at our warehouse.
  • You pay in full when you place your order to reserve all the items in your basket. If you have paid a delivery fee you will only be charged once. Reassuring eh?
  • Special delivery services (such as next day or Saturday delivery) will only apply to in-stock items for practicality reasons. If you place your order with Next Working Day Delivery and an item is on backorder, this will be sent on a Next Day Service as soon as the stock arrives in.

In the rare circumstance that we are unable to deliver a Reserve Now product to you, one of our Bedding Experts will get in touch as soon as we are aware of the issue. We will offer you an alternative product if we have a suitable replacement. If this isn’t what you’re looking for, we’ll refund you.
