Ordered something through our "reserve now" service?
Our "reserve now" service enables you to pre-order products that are out of stock as well as being the first to try our brand new products.
In stock dates for pre-orders are subject to change, and sometimes delays can occur that are beyond our control. We will endeavour to keep you up to date of any changes.
Once delivery has been received in our warehouse, you can expect your order to arrive within a week.
Due dates for each reserve now product are clearly signposted in your shopping basket and on your order confirmation email. For more information as to when the delivery to the warehouse is taking place, contact our customer service team.
If we are unable to fulfill the pre-order or reserved product for any reason you will be contacted by one of our customer services team. In the first instance, we will offer an alternative product as a replacement if one is available. If a suitable replacement is not available a refund will be given.
Within your order, all items that are in stock at the time of order will be sent immediately, anything on reserve will follow once back in stock. Please bear in mind that if you have more than one item on pre-order, we will wait until all those items are in stock before dispatching. Need it sooner? Contact our customer service department and they may be able to help.
Please note that payment will be taken upfront for the product when you place your pre-order. No further charges will apply when your order is ready for dispatch.
Any special delivery services (such as next day or saturday delivery) will be from the date that the items arrive into our warehouse, and not from the date the order was placed.
