Pull back the covers

Keep things healthy by pulling back your throw, together with your duvet or sheet, to air your bed while you're getting ready for the day. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner.

Wash regularly

Keep things clean and fresh by washing your throw. Use it in addition to a duvet or flat sheet and you should find that a wash every couple of months is enough. This throw can be washed at 30°. Use a large capacity machine or take your throw to be professionally cleaned.

Dry flat

knits don't like to be stretched and when washed the weight of the water may stretch your throw. So dry it flat and your throw will stay in the best condition. You can gently reshape this throw when it's slightly damp. Drying flat is good for your throw and for our planet too.

No iron needed

Keep your iron in its cupboard; this throw is not suitable for ironing.

Check your detergent

Always use the best detergent for the product you are washing. As this bedspread is coloured, we recommend you use a liquid detergent.

Extra careful

Never use biological detergent, bleaches, stain removers or optical brighteners as they will damage the fabric and colour over time. It's not just detergents that can affect the fabric on your bedspread; some creams and face washes contain chemicals that will bleach your bed linen, such as benzoyl peroxide. Sun cream and bronzers can also stain your bedspread; having a shower before bed to remove skin products will help your bedspread stay looking good for longer.
