Air before use

Feather and down pillows can have an odour when they first arrive in their packaging. Although this is normal, you shouldn't experience any odour with this pillow. If you do, air for a couple of days before use. Our packaging is breathable to help prevent an odour building up. You can also be reassured that this pillow meets our cleanliness standard.

Protect your pillow

Always use a pillow protector to protect from accidental spills and stains, washing your protector frequently to maintain a clean and fresh pillow.

Remember to plump

Pull back the covers
