Wash regularly

You can machine wash these face pads at 40°C, but we'd recommend you wash at 30°C for best results - modern detergents mean there's no need to go for a higher temperature. It's also kinder to the environment.

Nice & dry

These face pads will dry quickly. We'd suggest you air dry for a more environmentally friendly result.

Check your detergent

Always use the best detergent for the product you are washing. Use powdered detergent for white items and liquid detergent for coloured items. Never use fabric conditioner when washing these face pads. It coats the fibres and makes them less absorbent and more scratchy over time.

Avoid detergents and stain removers containing optical brighteners

They create an optical illusion that changes the appearance of the colour. It's not just detergents that can affect your face pads some creams, facewashes and even toothpastes contain chemicals that will bleach your face pads if they come in contact with the fabric, such as benzoyl peroxide. Sun Cream and bronzers can also stain your face pads.
