Our king size mattresses are the standard UK sizes. They measure 150cm x 200cm (5ft 0" x 6ft 6") and are the same size as our king size toppers, king size mattress protectors and king size fitted sheets. Which mattress is best for back pain?
Choosing the best mattress for back pain depends on your sleeping position. That’s because the way we sleep puts pressure on our bodies which can aggravate the joints and spine. If you sleep on your back or stomach, you’ll find a firm mattress supports your spine in a neutral position to help alleviate back pain. What's the difference between a king size and queen size mattress?
A king size mattress measures 150cm x 200cm, while a queen size mattress in the UK measures 120cm x 190cm, making it slightly smaller than a standard double mattress.
