Easy to fit

The ready-assembled headboard fits to either end of the divan. Simply bolt it to the divan using the struts on the back of the headboard and adjust the height as you wish.

Smooth lines

The smooth lines and stitched edge detailing of this 6cm deep headboard will add a touch of class to your bedroom. It measures 66cm in height and you can adjust the position of the wooden struts to place the headboard at the perfect height.

Firm support

Because the divan has a platform base, it is a firmer sleeping surface than a divan made with sprung base. It feels similar to a bedframe with a slatted base.

Choose between a plush velvet fabric and three tweed-effect fabrics. The divan and headboard are available in sizes ranging from double through to superking.

Welcome your new bed

Carefully unwrap your new headboard and bed. You may notice a slight odour when removing your headboard and bed from their packaging; this is normal and will go away after couple of days.

Attach firmly

Attach your headboard firmly to your divan using the screws provided. Loose attachment may result in damage to your headboard, divan or walls. The headboard is suitable for divan bases only.

Pair with the perfect mattress

Always choose the right size mattress for your divan. Too small, and it will look strange, too large and you'll damage the mattress. Sagging, old mattresses may damage your divan base by unevenly distributing weight across your divan base. We recommend you buy a new mattress at the same time as your divan base.

Spot clean only

If the worst happens and you spill on or mark your headboard or divan base, spot clean it with a damp cloth. Allow it time to dry thoroughly before making up your bed again.

Pull back the covers

Keep things healthy by airing your bed each day. Half an hour or so while you're showering and getting dressed should do the trick. This helps excess moisture to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner. Once a week you should air your bed for a few hours by turning back all bedding from the mattress to allow any moisture to evaporate.
