Pull back the covers

Pull back your throw, together with your duvet or sheet, to
air your bed while you're getting ready for the day. This helps excess moisture
to evaporate so your bed stays fresher and cleaner.

Wash regularly

Keep things clean and fresh by washing your cushion covers, every few months should do the trick. You can wash these velvet cushion covers at 40°C, although we'd recommend you wash it at 30°C for a greener way to stay clean.

Hang to dry

Do your bit for our planet and dry your cushion covers by hanging them to dry. They will dry best on an outside washing line away from direct sunlight. Line drying isn't only good for your cushion covers, it's good for our planet too. You can however dry these cushion covers in a tumble drier on a low heat if you prefer.

No iron needed

Keep your iron in its cupboard, these cushion covers are not suitable for ironing.

Extra careful

Never use biological detergent, bleaches, stain removers or optical brighteners as they will damage the fabric and colour over time. It's not just detergents that can affect the fabric on your cushion covers; some creams, suncreams and facewashes contain chemicals that will bleach the fabric, such as benzoyl peroxide. Make up and bronzers can also stain your cushion covers; having a shower before bed to remove skin products will help them stay looking good for longer.
