Are polyester pillows good?

Hollowfibre is made of thousands of delicate, hollow strands of polyester. These polyester fibres retain air and warmth well, so when used in a pillow they create a deep, reasonably firm pillow. We always use the very best synthetic fibres, at a density that's appropriate to the pillow. You’ll also find that our hollowfibre pillows are carefully finished and generously packed, producing the cloudlike effect our pillows are famous for. Every pillow is self-piped and double-stitched to keep the filling in place.

Why do pillows go flat?

Pillows go flat when the filling inside them has become compressed over time. It’s a clear sign that you need to replace your pillow – a flat pillow will not give you the support your head and neck need while you sleep. There are some things you can do to keep your pillow at its best for longer. These include using a pillow protector, making sure you fluff it up every morning, and carefully washing and drying it once in a while.
