The following ranges and departments are excluded from all promotional codes:
Our Full Price codes also exclude any products already discounted, such as in Deals, Clearance or Sale.
How to use promo code
- Find the code you want to use on our site or in an email.
- Check the T&Cs and add eligible products to your basket.
- Enter the code on Shopping Basket, Checkout or Payment page, click 'Apply' and pay online.
Why isn't my promo code working?
If your promo code hasn't worked, check that:
- You've entered the code correctly. Make sure it's spelt correctly and you haven't entered any spaces. You can copy and paste your code to avoid errors.
- Have you clicked 'Apply'?
- Check the code is still in date. Promotional codes are only valid for a limited period of time.
- Check you've reached the minimum spend.
- Make sure the code is valid on the items in your basket. Some products and ranges are excluded from our promotional codes.

I can't find the promo code
A promotional code can be found at the top of this page, in a promo bar at the top edge of the screen or in an email. If you can't find them there, then we're probably not currently running a promo code.
Can you use multiple promo codes?
Unfortunately you can only use one promotional code on your order.
The current promo code is better than the one I used for my order
