I am not registered for VAT, am I still eligible for a wholesale account?

If your business is not VAT registered you may still be elegible for a Wholesale account, it is recommended to contact us with your details, and if there needs to be any changes at a later date these can be made directly through the team.

Of course, we welcome all AirB&B owners - you will just need to provide proof and your AirB&B link to be eligible.

Payment

What payment options do you offer to business customers?

Payment for orders can be made via bank transfers, Paypal or by all major cards - including American express. However, we are unable to accept paypal payments over the phone and for a paypal payment the order must be placed online through your wholesale account.
Please note, we cannot accept cheques as a form of payment.

We strictly do not offer credit accounts, and all orders are required to be paid for prior to dispatch or on receipt of a pro-forma invoice.

Do you offer international delivery?

We're happy to arrange international delivery on orders. The cost will vary depending on the size and weight of the order. Once the quotation has been finalised, the Wholesale team will also provide a bespoke quote for shipping costs. We highly recommend providing a local contact number for a smooth delivery as once the order is passed on to a local courier they will contact you directly.

The following postcodes will be placed on our FREE 48 hour delivery service (visit our Delivery & Tracking page for more info). All other UK Mainland addresses will be eligible for FREE next day delivery when the order is placed before 4pm.

Our wholesale team will always advise the estimated day of delivey when the order is made. We work closely with our couriers to ensure they keep you informed along the way. For any additonal updates, simply contact one of the wholesale team who can track your order for you.

What is your returns policy?

We understand the importance of keeping your customers happy, which is why we offer a generous 365-day returns policy for products that are unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.
If you wish to make a return, please ensure you contact the Wholesale team prior to sending the products back, as we can arrange the best way for this to be arranged to avoid inconvience.

We can provide you with samples before you order to ensure you're selecting the right products for you and your business. Embroidery

Do you offer an embroidery service?

Yes, customers can either choose from our default fonts and colours or send us their business logo for a bespoke embroidery service.
For a bespoke logo, there is a one off digitisation fee of £20 to convert your image to an embroidery file. We will then keep this on file for future reference and will also share this with you. *Please note, this service may increase delivery time depending on the size of the order.

Can I sell your products online?

We do not allow our products to be re-sold online, and do not allow Stockists. Our wholesale business is for hospitality, industry and interior design (among other sectors). Always get in touch if you're unsure whether you qualify for a wholesale account and one of our team can advise.

COVID-19 RESPONSE - PLEASE NOTE:

Whilst the restrictions of the UK lockdown continue to be eased in our day to day life, the Soak&Sleep team and their partners are still working within the constraints of a Covid-secure working environment for the safety of all team members.

We find ourselves in the fortunate position of an exceptionally high volume of orders and we are grateful for your custom.  That does also mean we are experiencing a higher volume of calls and emails and we are doing our best to respond to queries as swiftly as possible within our working hours: 10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.

You can shop with us 24/7 through your online account and will have access to the best available pricing if your order value is under £1000.  If you have forgotten your password please email wholesale@soakandsleep.com quoting Password Reset in the subject line.  If you are a new customer and would like to set up a new account with online access please use the ‘Request a Quotation’ button below and we will do the rest.

All business orders are dispatched on Next Day Delivery services when placed before 4pm.  If your order was placed after the cut off it will be dispatched on the next working day.  We ask that you please wait 24 hours to follow up on your dispatch notification.  We are working closely with our fulfillment partners to prioritise your orders.

All couriers continue to operate contact free deliveries for the safety of our customers and for their staff.  Please keep an eye out for delivery messages and the doorbell for when your Soak&Sleep goodies arrive.

T&Cs AKA the small print

Quotes are valid for seven days from the date of the quote and will be re-quoted if the purchase takes place after these seven days. During sale periods, quotes are valid until the end of the sale. Please note, consumer discount codes may not be used against wholesale rates.

All prices quoted include VAT at the current rate.

We will quote for orders (with delivery) outside the UK by request. International shipping costs will vary depending on the size and weight of the order.

We can also deliver directly to a forwarding company within UK Mainland, free of charge, upon request. Please note that once goods are delivered and signed for by your chosen forwarding company, the ownership of the goods is then passed over to you and we are unable to accept responsibility for any loss or damage beyond this point.

Mattresses and furniture may take between 5-7 working days for delivery, depending on delivery location. Mattress and furniture returns are subject to a collection fee unless proven faulty or damaged.

Upgraded UK mainland or weekend delivery options are available on all other products at an additional cost.

We do not offer credit, all goods must be paid for before dispatch. We cannot hold or reserve stock without payment or authorisation being held against the order. A pro forma invoice can be issued for pre-payment by BACS or any major credit/debit card including American Express. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept payment by cheque.

Please note that any samples or goods must be returned in a re-saleable, unused and unwashed condition, in original packing in order to receive a refund. We accept refunds within 365 days of purchase as long as the above conditions are met.

Personalised items and bespoke/specialist items can only be returned and refunded if faulty or damaged.

All linens and bedding purchased through a wholesale account are guaranteed under manufacturing warranty for one year.

All sizes stated are approximate and are subject to acceptable manufacturing tolerances. Please note that bedding and towels are always manufactured to allow for slight shrinking during washing.

Once you've received your order, please check your products. We cannot accept responsibility for damage once items are passed on to a 3rd party. Please also familiarise yourself with the washcare for your products. Damage due to incorrect care is not covered by our product guarantees.

Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, price list, acceptance of offer invoice or other documented information issued by Soak&Sleep shall be subject to correction without any liability on the part of Soak&Sleep.
